Pricing
A price you have to ask for is a price you cannot budget against.
So we publish them. Four lines of work, four different models — because a fixed-scope pilot inside a hospital and a self-serve document tool are not the same purchase and should not pretend to be.
One — NHS trusts
Fixed-price pilots, under the direct-award threshold
Six scenarios, each scoped step by step rather than estimated. Prices differ because the work differs.
| Scenario | Pilot | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Closing consultancy gaps | £12,000 | 4–6 weeks |
| Paper to structured data | £25,000 | 6–8 weeks |
| Manual process replacement | £18,000 | 5–6 weeks |
| Regulator evidence | £20,000 | 5–7 weeks |
| EPR migration data quality | £15,000 | 4 weeks |
| Estate map and silent failure | £15,000 | 4–6 weeks |
Why these numbers
Every one sits under the threshold at which most NHS organisations can award directly. One person with delegated authority can approve it, so you find out whether we are any good in six weeks rather than nine months.
The price is fixed, not a starting point. If the workflow turns out not to fit a pattern we have built before, we say so at discovery and you pay nothing.
We can hold these prices because we built our own engines — no platform licence and no per-page reading fee underneath us setting a floor. The arithmetic is here.
Beyond the pilot
| Departmental | 10–14 weeks. From £45,000, scoped after the pilot. |
|---|---|
| Enterprise | 6–10 months. Framework procurement territory. |
| Ongoing support | Annual, renewable. From £35,000. |
We give you the later figures at the first call, before the pilot — nobody should agree to a first stage without knowing what the second costs.
Two — teleradiology operators
Fixed-price software, metered infrastructure
Two streams on one invoice. The software is a one-off fixed price; the servers it runs on are billed monthly at cost plus the compliance wrapper.
Software and deployment
| Measurement pilot — report delivery only | £8,000 |
|---|---|
| Measurement pilot — worklist and delivery | £25,000 |
| Measurement pilot — full scope, multi-site | £50,000 |
| Starter build | £25,000–£45,000 |
| Professional build | £45,000–£85,000 |
| Enterprise build | £65,000–£120,000 |
| Annual maintenance, year two onward | 12.5% |
Infrastructure, monthly
| Standard production server | ~£340 |
|---|---|
| Lightweight server, low load | ~£230 |
| NHS-grade with secure network connectivity | ~£1,360 |
| Backup, 1.2TB with seven retention points | Included |
| 99.5% uptime service level | Included |
| Compliance certifications | Included |
Discovery is free for existing customers of our infrastructure partner. Measurement pilot fees credit in full against the build if you proceed.
There is also a value-based option for operators who would rather pay from the saving than up front: we measure the manual cost first, then price as a defined share of what the automation actually recovers. That suits high-volume operators where the number is large and worth agreeing precisely.
Three — nursing and locum agencies
Flat per agency. Not per seat.
Most software in this market charges per user, which means your bill rises every time you hire a coordinator — including the coordinator you hired because you were drowning. Ours does not move when your team does.
| Entry — shift monitoring across your clients | from £395 / month |
|---|---|
| Higher tiers by scope and volume | Quoted |
| Users | Unlimited on every tier |
| Setup | One-off, quoted at scoping |
Excludes VAT. Tiers are per agency, not per branch or per desk.
Before you pay anything
Start with your worst hospital. Name the client you lose most often and we watch it for two weeks, read-only. You get one page back: what was published, what you saw, how quickly, and how much went to someone else first.
No fee, about fifteen minutes of your team’s time, and no change to how you work. If it shows the problem is not speed, we will say so — and we will not sell you anything.
Four — document extraction, self-serve
Buy it yourself, no sales call
Mark up one sample document by clicking on what you want extracted. Everything of that shape is then read the same way. Published tiers, no minimum term, no conversation with anyone required.
Tiers
| Trial | £49 |
|---|---|
| Entry through professional | £149–£749 / month |
| Enterprise | £1,499 / month |
| Mission scale | Quoted |
Excludes VAT. Capacity is also sold in packs: £200 for a first pack, £150 to refill.
Three things we do differently
Capacity does not auto-renew. When you run out, processing pauses and waits. It does not top itself up and bill you.
Oldest capacity is used first, so nothing expires while newer credit sits unused.
Packs expire after 30 days and we say so plainly rather than burying it. Buy what you will use.
Two rules
Two things we will not do on price
Charge per user
It penalises you for growing and gets renegotiated every time you hire. Our price is per organisation.
Discount for one buyer only
Where we publish a price it applies to everyone. Public sector buyers get our best price by default rather than by negotiation.
The first conversation is free and it is not a sales call
Thirty minutes to establish whether what you need is something we have built before. If it is not, we say so and you have lost half an hour.
