We started by moving clinical data, not by automating it.
weAutomate is the trading name of Computer Vision Systems Limited. We began as DICOM and HL7 integration engineers building teleradiology software for NHS trusts and the operators who serve them, and we have been inside NHS estates since 2011.
Origin
How we ended up here
Automation was not the plan. It arrived because we kept watching skilled people retype things a machine had already read — accession numbers copied between two screens, demographics keyed twice, a worklist reconciled by eye every morning because no system owned the job.
Our systems were already sitting between those screens. Building something to do the retyping was a smaller step than it sounds, and it turned out to be the more valuable half of the business.
What carried over from the integration work was the discipline. Clinical data is unforgiving: a study that lands against the wrong record is worse than a study that does not land at all. That is why our software holds rather than guesses, and why it re-reads every write instead of trusting a confirmation message.

How we work
Three things we hold to
We say what is not ready
Every capability is classified before it is sold, and nobody here is permitted to promise something outside what is built. If your requirement is on the roadmap you will hear that in the first meeting.
We publish our limits
We know the throughput above which our migration tooling starts losing data, and we run below it. A supplier who claims no limit has not measured.
We will tell you no
Every first engagement runs on your own data. If it shows the problem is not the one we solve, we say so rather than selling you the nearest thing we have.

We have operated inside NHS estates and for the teleradiology and staffing operators who serve them since 2011. Several of those relationships are long-standing — one dates back over a decade.
