For document and payroll teams
It never arrives as data.
It arrives as an email with four attachments, a PDF that is really a photograph, a spreadsheet with the headers repeated on every page, and a screenshot pasted into a forwarded message. Somebody types all of it into a system.
What we do with it
Four gates between a document and an action
Each gate scores itself. Anything below its threshold stops and waits for a person rather than proceeding on a guess.
Extract
Rows and fields recovered from the document, each with its own confidence score rather than one score for the page.
Match
Each line matched to the right record — exact first, then normalised, then fuzzy, and never silently.
Apply
Your rules applied: floors, caps, aggregations, whatever the policy is. The rules are yours; we enforce them.
Reconcile
The stated total compared against the computed total. A penny out is a stop, not a rounding note.
The thresholds are yours to set. Tighten them and more goes to human review. Loosen them and more runs unattended. That dial is the automation rate, and you hold it — not us.
Where money is involved
We prepare the payment. We do not release it.
The system assembles one hundred per cent of every payment batch and releases none of them. A named person clicks release, and the person who prepared the batch can never be the person who approves it.
That is enforced in the software, logged, and offered with no override — including for our own staff.
It is a design choice rather than an unfinished feature. Full automation of a payment run is achievable and we do not think anyone should want it.
What stays with your team
Releasing payments, clearing the review queue, resolving genuine discrepancies with the counterparty, and onboarding a new document source.
All judgement. None of it typing.
Try it
Send us a week of your real intake
Not a clean sample — the actual week, including the bad scans and the one somebody photographed on a phone. We run it and report what we could read, what we could not, and where the thresholds would need to sit.
Everything you send is processed for that report and nothing else, then deleted on a schedule we agree with you in writing beforehand. If any of it is personal data, we will put the arrangement in place before you send a single file.
A week of intake, and an honest read on it
Your documents, your accuracy figures. Nothing to dispute afterwards.
