Contact
Thirty minutes, and an honest answer at the end of it.
The first call establishes one thing: whether what you need is something we have built before. If it is, you will leave the call knowing what it costs and how long it takes. If it is not, we will tell you that instead — and you will have lost half an hour.
Where to start
Four ways in, depending on who you are
Every one of these is small, fixed or read-only. None of them needs a business case to begin.
NHS trusts
A discovery call, then a fixed-price pilot
We listen to the problem, confirm whether it matches a pattern we have built before, and tell you which of the six scenarios it is. No technical lead on the first call and no slides.
Free. Pilots run from £12,000 and sit under the direct-award threshold.
Teleradiology operators
Twelve weeks of measurement, read-only
We instrument your existing workflow and report where reporter time actually goes. Nothing is changed and nothing is at risk while we watch.
Fee credited in full against the build if you proceed.
Staffing agencies
Start with your worst hospital
Name the client you lose most often. We watch it for two weeks, read-only, and give you one page back: what was published, what you saw, how fast, and what went to someone else first.
No fee. About fifteen minutes of your team’s time to set up.
Document and payroll teams
Send us a week of real intake
Not a clean sample — the actual week, including the bad scans. We report what we could read, what we could not, and where your thresholds would need to sit.
No fee. We agree the data handling in writing before you send anything.

Tell us about the work
The more of this you can answer, the more useful the first call is. Anything you do not know, leave blank — only the first three are needed.

What happens next
| Within 2 working days | We reply and offer times. |
|---|---|
| The call | Thirty minutes. We listen to the problem — no technical lead, no slides. |
| If it fits | A second meeting with a technical lead, and a one-page scope confirmation. |
| If it does not | We say so on the first call, and tell you why. |
What we will ask you. Whether the problem is written down anywhere, whether someone owns the team that does it today, whether the task is a person reading a screen, and whether now is the right time at your organisation. Four questions, and they usually decide it.
We would rather tell you no early than sell you the wrong thing
Every first engagement we offer runs on your own data, so there is nothing to argue with afterwards. If it turns out the problem is not the one we solve, we will say so on the first call.
